Grass fed Lamb Box
A quarter box contains (weights are approx.) Leg Joint (1.1 kg) Shoulder Joint (800 g), Mince (450g) and 6 Chops.
A half box contains - Leg Joint, Shoulder Joint, Breast (boned and rolled or minced), 10 - 12 Chops and Neck fillet, shank. (double for a whole)
Please get in contact if you have specific butchery requirements, we can ensure joints are halved for a smaller family. Half box fits into one drawer of a freezer.
